Welcome to Boca Grande! Private Luxury Home With Pool, Close to Golf & Beach!

  • Winter/Peak Season (January 1 through March 31) 3 MONTH MINIMUM REQUIRED.

    Non Peak Season (April 1 through December 31) monthly and weekly stays. This home also has Wifi, HD T.V. with 500 channels.

    This 3 bedroom, plus Den, 2 bath fully equipped home has been updated by the new owners. Comfortably sleeps nine (9), this home is located in beautiful Rotonda West. It's your choice, shopping, golfing or walking one of the many gorgeous beaches of the gulf coast, all are only minutes away.

    The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with his and hers walk-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower and walkout to the pool lanai. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with with access also to the pool lanai. The third bedroom has one twin bed and one double bed and a large closet. All bedrooms are equipped with new flat screen televisions.

    The large open concept kitchen is an entertainers delight with dinning room just off to one side or if you would rather eat outside, the kitchen has a pass-through to the lanai. The living room will draw you into the house from the foyer with a spectacular view of the pool area. The second bathroom can be access from the pool lanai area as well! BONUS! Fully equipped with ensuite laundry, four (4) bikes for touring around this amazing area, and beach accessories, oh by the way, the beach is a ten (15-20) minute drive from this property.

    The lanai has plenty room for entertaining and overlooks the heated pool and backyard. It is equipped with flat screen TV as well as a six seater table for outdoor dining. Did I mention the privacy? There is no house north or south of this property, which is also located on a private court! Privacy and quiet at its finest.

This was our second winter season at the house which is well equipped and maintained and comfortable. Any issues are promptly dealt with by Will. We plan on returning for a third winter next year. The property is very private and quiet. The pool area is large and surrounded by nature.

Great place to chill out in the sun.

The property met our needs perfectly being in a quiet private location well equipped with pond to the rear providing enjoyable wildlife watching with a large lanai and pool. The owner/host could not be more welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful location for the winter holidays

This property is a hidden oasis! It really has everything you need in the rooms and on the kitchen. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was on the cold side, but the kids enjoyed it every day. If you are a nature lover, this is the place. Sitting by the pool in the morning you can see beautiful sunrises and hear the birds and if you are lucky a gator swimming by. We had a wonderful stay and Will was very responsive and made sure we had all the information needed in a timely manner. We hope to come back one day.

Relaxing and peaceful

The property is well located and equipped with all the amenities you need. Very comfortable home and we really enjoyed the pool area with a good sized pool and quality leisure furniture. Very peaceful backyard with small pond area attracting lots of birds and small animals. The owner is excellent and provides hands on management if there is any issue with the house that needs to be dealt with. We are renting the house again next winter because of all the positives it has.

Amazing!!!!

The home was absolutely beautiful and at the end of a culdesac where it felt like we had so much privacy. The owners were also just great! Very responsive and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. We had 11 of us, 4 adults, one my child and her boyfriend and the rest my other kids and my nieces and we had plenty of room! Bring bug spray would be my only suggestion. Beaches and great restaurants within 20-25 minutes. Will definitely book again if we go back to that part of Florida 💕

Great home in quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay in this home in Pine Valley in Rotonda West, FL! This was our eighth winter in this part of RW and we really loved the peace and quiet of this particular neighborhood! I walked each morning and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The pool was lovely and is one of the largest pools we have ever had at one of our winter rental homes! The owner was very accessible and dealt with any issue that came up quickly. We love the beach at Boca Grande, the Farmer’s Market in Englewood, and the golfing at the 99 holes at Rotonda West! Would recommend this rental for any family looking to enjoy this part of South Florida!

Will was very good with communication, sending the check-in instructions and then following up to make sure we got in okay. He also followed up a few times to send reminders and make sure everything was going okay.The property is at the far end of Rotonda West so it took longer to get places, but it was worth it for the seclusion and the pond view out back. Sitting in the lanai at night was a lot of fun with nature's chorus from the birds and croaking alligators.The kids had a ton of fun in the pool which was very big in size as well as depth.The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook any of the meals we wanted to make. The bathrooms were ideal for our family of 6 and we loved the walk-in showers and large tub.The bedding wasn't the most comfortable, especially the pillows but that's something to be expected when staying at a VRBO.We had a great time here and would definitely come back.

The location was great for our family as we love to venture over to Boca Grande and take day trips to the few beaches that are close to Rotunda. The neighborhood is peaceful and great for long walks.

Boca Grande is a wonderful property and was well suited to our family of 5 (2a, 3ch). The pool in particular was a firm favourite, brilliant size with lots of space around the poolside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host could not have been more helpful and super responsive, this was very impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Great house for family vacation

This beautiful house is well maintained and clean. It has everything you need for a great family vacation. The pool was a highlight especially for our kids. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Englewood beach which is also very family friendly.

Home away from home

Great rental home in a beautiful community. Will was easy to work with and quick to communnicate when we had a few questions. We loved the location...within 20 minutes of beautiful beaches and the gulf.
