"The area was nice and very accessible to the embassy and other agencies. The only problem was that the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by many cockroaches. The floor and walls had some cracks, and some parts of the floor were open to the other room, which I thought was where the cockroaches came from — they just crossed borders."

Got confused on my last day and staff helped me stay a bit longer to get my flight corrected. Thank you so much for your compassion. Staff tried to help me. Room was perfect. "

"I booked for one room but unfortunately, records showed that I booked for two rooms. I asked for the staff to cancel the extra room but told me that they can't do that. Therefore I was charged for two rooms. The stay was excellent. Everything was fantastic. Service was outstanding."

The windows, behind headboard was dirty, dusty and hair, toilet area was very nasty, phone next to toilet had stains and the room was 14 cel was very cold. They couldn’t fix the temperature. This Manila Hotel is overrated and overpriced because it’s historic."
