Security is a high priority. Rooms are clean, water can be almost hot, staff is friendly and helpful. Most of all, they generally do not bother me. Hotel is connected via footbridge to the parking area of the adjacent mall, so easy access to decent mid-tier shops, a lot of dining options. Much lower priced shopping options just down the street. Numerous trikes available in front of mall for quick and reliable transportation. Overall, I'm pretty pleased.

Hotel people all very kind and helpful aircon in the room is very strong . Mall which has got everything you need is just next door. ——— Issue is the noise outside but It is to be expected given the location And u won’t hear it once you are inside ——— Also you enter into an aircon-less floor then use an aircon-less elevator to get to the aircon-less check in area . This is the hotel trying to cut cost so you can pay less . ——— Don’t expect too much from the buffet . Better spend your extra $8 by going to the adjoining mall or street vendors. Overall , I think it was a great experience . My spoiled brat of a son didn’t even complain! Thanks to the staff for their warmth and kindness.

In de kamer waar ik sliep had kapotte kraan in de badkamer. Heel erg weinig keuze tijdens het ontbijt ! Geen vrijheid om met de personeel te praten.

Do not book this hotel. It does not cater to international guests. From the beginning to the end of our stay it was horrible. They proudly keep a certificate that says they provide halal food but when you ask any staff member they haven’t got a clue what that is. Breakfast options were diabolical. The set up changed daily, one minute in one room and then outside in the lobby then you had to tell a staff member what you wanted and they bring it to you. Asked for a coffee and was willing to pay extra for it only to be told they run out of milk mind you at 7am in the morning! The vegetarian options was very limited. Already have mentioned got shouted out by the security guard within an hour of checking in for falling asleep in the lobby area desired just coming from a long early flight followed by their receptionist asking us what we’re waiting for when we were waiting for the shops to open at 10am. The fridge in my room didn’t work, tv in another room, despite requests to get them fixed. Being called an hour before to check out to either extend or leave the room despite checkout being at midday. The whole debacle with our luggage that they wouldn’t hand over cause we couldn’t find the ticket they gave us despite the luggage’s having our names on or they could have checked cctv. The location is horrible. The whole experience is one of the worst ones I’ve have had at a hotel.I would not recommend!

Strange entrance being joined to the mall, but a cool location! It's a nice safe place to visit Binondo and close to all the shopping areas. The room was quite big and had everything. The room layout felt like a big suite

There are just so many things went wrong. The keys won’t work the first day upon check in. There is no hot water for two days. The bathtub is broken so they give you a bucket to fill up on your own. No hot water is connected to bathtub and they described as specialized features lol. Every room services needs to call up at least three times to get serviced. Breakfast was bad stale and stop service one hour before close. Staffs are rude and refused to help. The worst is they refused to give the security deposits back because they required an authorization release form for your own deposit. If you feel like being abused mistreated and neglected, this roach hotel is perfect for you.

Great staff. Conveniently located to main attractions. Many dining options. I booked this hotel for my parents who have mobility issues so they could experience Binondo and they were not disappointed.
