"There were several annoying issues: very minimal kitchen, no chairs on one of the patios, a cupboard door hanging on a hinge, very light electrical load allowed, to name a few. Homing’s responses were good for the most part…except when their answer to no chairs on the patio was for me to move the 2 from the front patio when I wanted to sit there. "The property is well located in the Vila Senora de Rocha community, with its great communal pools area. Convenient for visiting the Algarve. The villa was spacious enough for our group of 6, and feels airy with its high ceilings. It was clean on arrival.There is AC, although we didn't need it in October. "Overall Experience: 3.5/5 We had a pleasant stay overall, with some standout moments, but also a few hiccups. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and friendly staff making it a real highlight of our mornings. The quality of the room service was also good, though we did experience a few issues. The selection was somewhat limited, and the meal arrived without the correct plates and cutlery, which was a bit disappointing for the price. The €9 delivery charge for room service felt a bit excessive, and the €5 fee for extra plates seemed unnecessary. The Kids Club was a hit with the children—they had a great time and it gave us some time to relax. Unfortunately, the bad weather meant the kids spent more time indoors, and they logged into the movie entertainment system. Unbeknownst to me, they were able to easily access and run up a bill of several hundred euros. I tried reaching out via email to address the charges, but it turns out the movie service is managed by an external supplier. Despite my efforts, I’ve had limited success in getting a refund, which has been quite frustrating. We didn’t try the hotel’s other restaurant meals, so I can’t comment on those, Overall, while we enjoyed our stay, the lack of support from the third-party entertainment provider, the extra charges for room service, and the small service issues prevent me from giving a higher rate "

"I was booked in for the hotel which was close to the beach. But apparently they had two hotels which i booked was a bit far away from the beach so i had to pay extra for the one close to beach which was a superior room. The bed was two single beds attached for a superior room. But the staff told me that he will get it sorted the next day. But they didn’t. So basically as couple we had sleep in different cots. Also the air conditioning was the worse. It was very warm in the room even after bringing the air conditioning to low and the sound from the fan was horrible. I couldn’t get a proper sleep. The breakfast, the view and the soundproofed rooms were fantastic. "
