Très belle villa mais équipement en mauvais état

Accueil amical et sympathique.La villa est superbe mais nous avons rapidement subit des désagréments avec un équipement intérieur en mauvais état et pas à la hauteur du standing attendu: 2 sommiers de lits faits de simple planches de bois cassés et inutilisables, tables de jardin cassée, 2 transats de piscine cassés, machine à laver pleine de linge sale et puant (!), nombreux éclairages manquants, etc...Les propriétaires ont rapidement réagi (merci à eux) mais ces problèmes auraient dû être résolus avant notre arrivée.La villa est bien située à une quinzaine de minutes de la plage mais située en bordure d'une route très passagère et bruyante.En conclusion, un séjour finalement plutôt agréable après résolution des problèmes mais un rapport qualité prix assez défavorable.

We have rented many beautiful Villas over the last 10 years, but this is my first time with VRBO and there were a number of points which prevent me from awarding 5* The property is spacious and benefits from 5 en suite bedrooms all with hairdryers, great!! But the property is on a VERY busy road and road noise is a big issue. Baring in mind that we arrived at the beginning of the season there were a few issues which were eventually resolved but had there been a thorough check of the property, should have been resolved without our need to complain.The aircon in the double bedroom ceased working after the first night but too 6 days to be fully resolved.(the technician doesn't appear to work weekends) Chipped pots, broken sun loungers should have been noticed and replaced before our arrival. No information on how the appliances work or necessary amenities in the surrounding area or even who to call in an emergency.Communication from VRBO was extremely poor.The Payment taken from my account without any receipt or acknowledgement of the payment and for this reason alone, I am very disappointed with the company and I will not book with you again.
