Air conditioning in many rooms not working, was not informed until arrival. Promised portable air con and fan. When arrived back at hotel none available. Other guests leaving because of temperature of rooms moving to other hotels at own expense.
We then were given portable aircon at about 23.30. This was very loud and not very effective as no ice. Staff did everything they could were very professional. Managed to get partial refund as we had payed on arrival to hotel. The room may not have been cleaned and booked twin beds but given one large bed. This was unsuitable and meant did not sleep well. Beware if booking hotel in hot weather.
