「Lovely, spacious room, with balcony, which was pleasant. We stayed on the sixth floor and really enjoyed the peace, away from the crowds and kids! The wine and Welsh cakes were a nice touch too. Breakfast was good and staff members were all excellent - professional, helpful and friendly. A very relaxing stay.」

「Excellent stay, lovely helpful and friendly staff. Would reccomend」

「We had a lovely overnight night stay at the Wallace. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and tidy with tea, coffee and Welsh cakes. The pub was inviting with roaring log burner which gave extra coziness. The evening meal was delicious😋 The best local sourced fillet steak which was cooked to perfection. Full English breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay again」

No natural yogurt or fruit salad, toaster out of order. We are pretty patient but this was unnecessary if planning had been put in place. Yes the room rates are low and...

「All the staff went over an above to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble. Good ol fashioned service, for us it has set the benchmark that others will be judged by.」
