This is an absolutely lovely property. The Villas have a fabulous space plan for everyone in the family to enjoy. The grounds are beautiful, we walked it every day to appreciate all the landscaping. The pool and spa are amazing. The staff is a key highlight. Everyone is friendly, professional and efficient. This is a must stay.

The most beautiful stay one can have! Everything about this place will make you feel at home. The homes are perfect for a family stay. I was so lucky to find this amazing place. The owner has put their love into building a modern, comfortable, eclectic, design to these houses. Every villa has its own parking. The receptionists, the chefs and everyone working here are amazing ppl who genuinely show care and service! I highly recommend!

What a beautiful property. Emanuel greeted us upon arrival, and allowed us an early check-in, which was much needed after our overnight flight. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and amenities at our disposal. The property has a beautiful sauna and steam room, for which you can notify staff when you would like to use it. There is also a shared gym space. Additionally, the infinity pool, and hot tub on the roof provide beautiful views. Emanuel and the rest of the team were very helpful in providing us with ideas on places to visit, experiences, and tours. And last but most definitely not least, we thoroughly enjoyed our included breakfast daily, with made to order eggs and pancakes as desired! Would definitely recommend to those traveling to Sao Miguel!

What really made our stay unforgettable was the private dinner we requested. They not only arranged a beautiful, intimate setting but also paid incredible attention to every detail, ensuring everything was delivered exactly to our liking, and the food was delicious! A special shout-out to Emanuel, whose genuine care and exceptional efforts truly elevated our entire experience. His personal touch and dedication were one of the main reasons we felt so relaxed, happy, and pampered the whole time. We left feeling completely rejuvenated. This resort has our hearts, and we’re already counting down the days until we can come back. Highly, highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful day and I’ve told several friends about this resort. The staff (family run) is super friendly and accommodating they even knew it was our daughter’s birthday (we don’t recall telling them, but it would’ve been on the passport information-and they also could’ve overheard as another family) and they made her a birthday cake!!!! Every morning they would make us whatever egg dish we wanted whether it was scrambled eggs or over easy or an omelette, as well as bacon and pancakes… really tremendous…. The garden is beautiful and filled with fruit trees. The fresh bananas my children said were the best they’ve ever tasted…. We will definitely come back and stay at this exact resort a wonderful value.

C'était un très bon séjour, dans un bel endroit avec l'ensemble des services nécessaires pour s'y plaire. Le personnel est à l'écoute et agréable. La maison de vacances est spacieuse et largement équipée. Les enfants y sont très bien accueillis, peut être investir dans ses jeux de société qui seraient un plus (en prêt à la réception par exemple). Le seul bémol est l'espace petit déjeuner qui devient vite trop bruyant et trop petit si plusieurs familles viennent en même temps. Je recommande vivement cet résidence hôtel pour vos séjours à Sao Miguel.

A nice new property in perfect quiet location in Ponta Delgada. Breakfast was quite poor for such expensive property. More variety needed. Rooms are very small with cheap IKEA furniture. On a plus side communal kitchen which was equipped with everything. Overall pleasant stay. However, way too expensive for what is was.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon on the Azores, hoping for an unforgettable and romantic experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations. Lack of privacy (Shared villa concept): If you don’t book an entire villa but just a regular room, please note that you will be sharing the villa with about 7 other rooms. It honestly feels like living in a student dormitory or a shared hostel, which completely ruins any sense of privacy or comfort. Also room is very small. Poor soundproofing: The walls and doors are incredibly thin. You can hear absolutely everyone walking and talking in the common areas and hallways, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Temperature control issues: There is only one central AC system for the entire building. Our room was freezing cold. When we asked the staff for a portable heater, we were told they didn't have one. Disappointing breakfast: The breakfast selection was very poor and lacked variety. On the positive side, the hotel itself is brand new, modern, and perfectly clean. If you are looking for a cozy, private, and romantic weekend to celebrate a special occasion, we strongly advise against staying here. It has great potential due to its cleanliness, but sharing a space with so many people and dealing with the lack of comfort made it a very disappointing choice for a honeymoon.
