"No banheiro não havia toalhas, sabonete, nem papel higiênico! O mínimo… Funcionários não param na recepção, estão sempre conversando com funcionários da cozinha, aliás os funcionários da cozinha não param de conversar entre eles, chega a incomodar, pra ser atendido na recepção tive que bater palmas. Cheguei por volta de 11:30h, pedi pra deixar minha mochila, pois o chek-in começar às 14h, a funcionária pediu pra deixar em cima de algumas latas de tinta. Não dá!!"
