We asked about the VIP benefit when we checked in and received nothing. The staff were very good otherwise. The room was in ok condition, and it was not sound proof at all as we heard noise from all the rooms around us - TV noise, people talking, etc…The breakfast was very good, the location of the hotel was excellent, and the views from our room were also amazing.

Quarto bem arrumado, limpo, boa manutenção. O banheiro bem sequinho e com os quites (toalhas, sabonete e touca) recolocados todos os dias.
