「Ocean was visible once we went out on the balcony. Very nice secluded/private place. We had a great time. Great value for the money. A few things needed patching up and fixing but that’s just the property manager side of me. All in all great spot very close to pretty much everything. 」

「The best part about the stay was the check in ease. It was all downhill from there. The place wasn’t very clean, we had to come in and run to the store for Clorox wipes for the toilets and sweep the floors. There was several noticeable repairs that needed done. The beds weren’t very comfortable at all and the pillows extremely flat. The unit was hot even with the air running and the curtains pulled the unit stayed hot and it wasn’t even that how out. 」

「Great little place. Space was clean and had most everything we needed. A first aid kit and noticeable fire extinguisher would’ve been appreciated, but we made due and had a great time. Location is close to everything. Bed was comfy. Linens were plenty and clean. Biggest issue was parking with the main house also being no a rental. The guests in the other house had us blocked in a couple of times and if I hadn’t run into them to coordinate parking, it could’ve gotten pretty annoying since I...

「After booking the unit the owner connected with us and said we would need to coordinate to meet so he can check us in.Arrived in Daytona and set meeting and asked if we could just get a code and he told us we needed to get the key and the parking pass.When we arrive at the unit he informed me that I missed the detail about having to give him a 175.00 cash deposit, 150 for the room and the 25 for the parking pass.Gave him the cash and agreed to meet to check out and get the cash deposit back when...
