"The room conditions were unacceptable and cigarette smoke was entering my smoke-free room. I was very disappointed that despite these conditions and leaving the property uncomfortable, my refund request was still denied."

"Having a shuttle to and from the airport, plus the friendly staff, made the stay more enjoyable. Being within walking distance of the main venues was also a plus. It might be time for a few upgrades, but that didn't keep me from enjoying myself."

"Staff were exceptionally friendly! Room was clean. Everything was good, only exceptionally was the microwave didnt sound good, so we used the one in the lobby. Also, one suggestion would be thst it would be awesome to have a water bottle filler near the water fountain. The water fountain was so small of a stream, I couldn't fill my cup, so would have to purchase water. These days everyone carries bottles/cups, it would be cool to have the filler available. But all in all, we had a pleasant stay."

"The pool closed due to maintenance. But even after it was closed, it was so cloudy I couldnt see my legs in the pool. The ice machine was disgusting you couldn't use the ice for drinks. Breakfast did not have as many options as the other Hamptons we stayed at coming back from Florida. I have to say out of all the hotels we stayed in going down and back, this was the one we were not happy with. The staff were rude and impolite as well."

"Check-in was cold and unwelcoming. The two people at the desk didn't even bother to stand up to greet us. Unfortunately, this set the tone for the entire visit. The absolute worst moment was check-out. The woman at the front desk was actively having her lunch at the desk and clearly resented being interrupted. When I specifically asked if we needed a receipt or validation for our parking pass, she dismissed me with a bored "No, you're good." Believing her, we hauled all of our luggage out to the parking garage, only to be stopped by the attendant who said we absolutely needed a ticket receipt. We then had to struggle back into the lobby with all our bags. When we confronted the receptionist, she didn't apologize or show even a hint of remorse. She just dismissively handed us the ticket without a word and went right back to her lunch. This was an utterly disrespectful and disappointing experience. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere."
