「Upon entering the desk staff were pleasant and very welcoming. The lobby was spacious, very clean and 24-hour coffee/tea/water station available. Room was very comfortable, clean and facility quiet.」

「Everything is always nice here, I always stay here when I'm in Ottawa」

「Room appeared clean until we moved the chair and found a pair of dirty socks laying on the floor. Found another pair on the bathroom floor which tells me the room wasnt cleaned well.」

「Staff was very helpful and kind, room was clean and well air conditioned. Easy to check in and out.」

「Nice little pool. Helpful staff.」

「I have been staying there for years! It is always top of the line and clean. The people that run it are wonderful and helpful! The beds are always the best beds I have ever slept in! It is quiet and I have never heard anybody outside or in the next room making any noise! Everything you need is right there within a block.」

「One positive, it had the best water pressure in the shower I've had in 20 years. I guess a second one. There were ants in the bathroom and by the bathroom sink. And lastly the toilet wouldn't flush. I had to lift off the back tank cover and manually lift the lever every time because the flapper...

「Beautiful third floor room with private terrace facing campus! We loved it and will be back!」
