Conveniently located near shopping district
Staff were polite and helpful
Breakfast was good
Easy to find and located close to the tourist shopping area as well as many restaurants nearby
Room was clean and neat
Due to an error in the reservation system, there were no rooms left when we arrived there. Nevertheless, the hotel manager, Mr. KHEM, did everything in his power to solve the problem. He offered us alternative and upgraded rooms at a nearby hotel, which is in the same ownership, at no additional charge. The alternative rooms were excellent, spacious, bright and clean, and we received wonderful service (even by the hotel manager personally) throughout our stay. We enjoyed every moment.
We were out most of the time during our 2 nights stay but our deluxe room did have issues with ants that got onto our couch and in our bags and clothes just because of a pack of nuts in one of our bags. Cleaned up and traced the ants as much as we could. Told hotel staff and about it and did volunteer to clean it by spraying but I don't like the smell of inceticides and we weren't going to be in the whole day so we told them it's ok. Otherwise pleasent room, nice view of mountain only, nice breakfast but no buffet as there weren't much people around.
A hotel close to the airport was a good idea because we got in around midnight with a connection the next morning to Pokhara. The hotel was simple but the breakfast offered a range of choices. The server there was friendly and helpful.
One thing that we did not like was we couldn't turn off the light above the mirror. This was very annoying because it made the room too bright to have a restful sleep. We asked to change rooms but reception said that all the rooms were like this too.

not as expected
Generally speaking, it is not as what we expected, the room arranged for us in in the corner, no window view, the bed sheet is not clean enough, there are many ants on the bed. TV is not working, But the area is very good and the roof top view is very nice. The stuff is friendly too. just the room condition is very bad.
On the first day there the hotel was full and we were given a room without a view. However we were moved early the next morning to a lovely room with a great view of the mountains. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Got an upgrade due to some error in expedia about windows in standard room, there was no view. Though the hotel manager handle it well and offer me an upgrade. Later I moved to the standard room after my booking is over and it's clean and great sleep still.

Disappointed...
I planned a great wedding anniversary. Disappointed ...... I booked a penthouse and got a standard room. I did not receive money back of the difference between the rooms. I did not have room service. Good food, clean hotel.
Stay there for 1 night on 2 April. Excellent location; great hospitality; staff was polite, friendly and helpful; good breakfast. No doubt will stay there again!
Nice place but I booked a standard room which on occupation had a heater but without a controller on requesting it was told by the manager that I would have to pay extra 15 doller per night to have it. Reason I booked this place was that according to the reviews had the heating but there was no mention of additional charge for the controller paid up and everything else was fine and comfortable

I travelled many times before, and stayed in tens of hotels, but never seen a staff as warm and helpful as the ones in this hotel.
I arrived to Pokhara with no plans on what to do, no activity reservations. The manager, Khem, welcommed us personally as we arrived, then took me to his office and discussed what we wanted to do, and accordingly made reservations. The weather was cloudy that week, he took initiative to contact our reservation agents then update us every while on what to expect regarding the weather and activity delays. He even argued with a company to get us 100% refund after we had to leave Pokhara without being able to do one of the activities.
The hotel also provided us with a guide, and a car that took us to kathmandu.
Without the hotel, we may have struggled to manage our trip!
A new hotel with modern amenities, and owner/manager have a lot of experience managing the Trekker's Inn nearby. Wonderful, friendly staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were upgraded to a deluxe room, which was extraordinarily spacious and clean. Wonderful views of the lake and the mountains with a private balcony. The staff was also helpful in helping us arrange bus tickets and transportation options.
