「Loved our stay here!! Staff is extremely friendly, rooms and entire resort very clean, beautiful location right on the beach, and the cookies in the lobby were great! Would absolutely stay again!!」

「The rooms were very clean and beautifully laid out. Very comfortable. My only complaint was the additional parking fee which was not explained at check-in. When I received my bill at check-out there was an additional fee which was unexpected. Over all a very nice hotel in a great location.」

「Overall, a disappointment. We've stayed at the Island Grand before and it was fantastic. The Rumfish, no so much. 1. We did not get the upgraded villa we reserved and paid for, because "none were available". No compensation. 2. There was no hot water for 2 of our 5 days, due to maintenance on another unit. 3. Paying for parking on-line was a hassle and getting help was challenging because "it's a new system. " 4. The gift shop doesn't open until 3pm?? 5. Rumfish is just a beach hotel. The...

「Website has NOT been updated since the Hilton takeover. Only 1 pool available and it was so cold we never got in for an ENTIRE week. Front desk could not even tell us if it was heated. Harry's Bar NEVER opened and the adjacent pool and splash pad were open one day. They obviously are not maintaining those properties pool was also freezing and very dirty. One standard room smelled so bad and musty we had to purchase a candle to handle it. We have been going to this place for years and will...

「thank you!」

「The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was indifferent (with the exception of Amelia, who was terrific). The breakfast was meager. More than that, breakfast was in the same room as the check-in desk. There are only three dining tables there - only one of them large enough for four people. At breakfast on 10/21/26, a member of the housekeeping staff was sitting alone at the table for four, leaving only two tables of two for guests. That housekeeper was complaining constantly...
