「Staff」

「Clean room and staff was helpful. Short walk to the boardwalk.」

「Best part of the property was the front desk staff. Very positive, very helpful and very pleasant. Free coffee was a nice touch. The facility are made up of 8 small rooms with bathrooms, king bed and decent amenities. Overall clean place and just seconds from the beach. Parking is a bit difficult as you have to back out each time you leave, and the parking spaces are tight.」

「We found that you were to be an attractive, well-maintained lodging with helpful staff. Spring Lake is a lovely town and the hotel has a wonderful location, adjacent to Spring Lake (the lake) itself and two blocks from the ocean, lovely areas for a walk.」

「The refrigerator was dirty, the microwave was dirty inside (gross), the help had terrible body odor that you could smell more than 6 feet away. Ad mentioned it included breakfast... but it did not. Mattress was meh quality... very much like lightly covered springs. For $10 more I could have stayed at a Marriott, but I try to give local businesses a chance. This time it was a mistake.」

「Dirty and way over priced.」

「Room was spacious, clean, balcony There are no staff on property. You receive a code for your room door No front desk. Check in and out by text. There are no luggage carts. Resturant that is downstairs Blend is excellent. Parking is limited.」

「Wonderful place for the price and staff was very helpful.」

「Great communication; the porch was so nice to relax on. Cookies in cute bags hung on our door every afternoon. Coffee/Tea bar with a special treat was great! The only thing I wish is that the mini refrigerator was bigger. But this is truly a gem to stay at! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!」

「I've stayed at The Mayfair a number of times this year alone. Such a beautiful place. The ocean view rooms are the best. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I love my stays there.」
