「チェックイン後、しばらくしてからフロントから部屋に電話があり、部屋に不備がないかなどを確認してくれた。親切で良いと思う。」

「Everything was broken the cable ice machine and the pool after I called to verify it worked」

「Everything was great」

「This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.」

「The staff was very helpful and friendly!」

「The property was in what appeared to be an alley. I had to drive around once before I figured out where the main entrance was located. Poorly lit. Entire facility was shabby with carpeting that was very worn and bare in spots. I was placed on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The hallway and room did not smell clean. Maybe old cigarette smoke. Sink in bathroom did not drain. Manage was nice but was behind plexiglass. Overall unpleasant experience.」
