Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 240 m² house in Plounéour-Brignogan-plages, about 200 m from the Garo beach, which can accommodate up to 15 travelers. It features an attractive 100 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 170 m² terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

First floor:
- 100 m² living room with sofa and sofa bed, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Laundry room
- Shower room
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: three bunk beds (sleeps 6) with en-suite shower room with basin
- Bathroom with whirlpool bath and WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 5: two double beds (140×200)
- Library corner with sofa and table soccer
- Bathroom with shower and WC


For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 170 m² terrace, south-west facing and not overlooked, with outdoor kitchen and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Plounéour-Brignogan-plages, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking lot opposite the house.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Bus: stop at the foot of the house, connections to Landerneau, Lesneven, Brest, etc.
- Nearest train station: Landerneau 27 km (approx. 30 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Brest Bretagne 33 km (approx. 30 min. drive)

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided outside summer.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Accommodation not suitable for disabled guests.
