「Booked to stay here for 2 nights after reading the reviews and we are so glad we did. From the moment we checked in and being greeted in the lounge with a drink and then being escorted to our room was such a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful and we wished we could have just stayed here for the 2 days and relaxed but we had plans in Knysna and Plettenberg. 「とにかく敷地が広いです。 客室も広々としていて暖炉までついています。 ケープタウンからのドライブでとても疲れていたのですが、広々としたバスタブでゆっくり入浴し、朝、敷地内をのんびり散歩し、とてもリラックスした時間を過ごせました。 そして、南アフリカ全般に言えることですが、全般に宿泊費、食費が驚くほど安い。 日本のホテルよりもずっと広くアメニティも充実しているにも関わらず、日本のシティホテル並みの宿泊費。 またホテル内のレストランも二人でフルコースを頼んでワインを飲んでも二万円にはなかなか届きません。 南アフリカのコストパフォーマンスの良さを最も実感したのがこのホテルでしょう。 日本ではなかなか手の届かないゴージャスな一晩を過ごすことができ、とても幸せでした。 私たちはドライブの合間の休憩として一泊しただけですが、外はゴルフ場になっているので、ゴルフをされる方はここでロングステイされると良いかもしれません。 特に冬はオフシーズンで空いていて勧めです。 冬と言っても日中は日本の春、秋くらいの気温なのでとても過ごしやすいですよ。 」
