" Very disappointing experience. The front desk service was unprofessional and unfriendly. The female staff member was cold and dismissive, and seemed more focused on her phone than helping guests. When I arrived on March 25, 2026, I waited about 10 minutes. She told me to wait and continued using her phone. I politely said “excuse me” twice, but did not receive any response. During that time, several other guests were waiting as well. I had already booked and paid for my 4-night stay online, and I did not cause any inconvenience. During my stay, I considered extending for one more night, but I did not feel comfortable due to the service. When I checked out, I said “thank you” and “goodbye,” but there was no response. "Our room was ready and waiting for us. Check in was smooth and room was clean. Loved the "kabob" selections in the Bike restaurant..tender and grilled to perfection. Everyone was friendly."

"Breakfast was the same for the two days we ate there. Plenty of seating and food was good. They had potatoes, ham, eggs, sausage, bacon, danishes, croissants, chicken nuggets, oatmeal, cereal, waffles and plenty of drinks. Room was clean and had plenty of room. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible. Flat as a pancake. Parking was a bit sketchy. They provide a code to open the gate to the entrance of the parking garage. Not sure why code is needed when anyone can access it from the other side. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay there again. "
