「The room was spotless, the mattress and pillows a little too hard for my liking, the pool is clean and nice, there is coffe free of charge every morning (they should bring it a little earlier) even thou there is a nice bar rest. by the pool, is closed, there is not much entertainment close by and the parking situation is difficult. The staff is friendly and helpful」

The apartment was clean, the king size bed quite comfortable, and the kitchen setup was good. The responsive, friendly staff, tropical island landscape with multiple outdoor seating areas, fountains, beach towels and chairs, and outdoor shower for rinsing off sand all contributed to a wonderful experience. 「Mi experiencias fue muy gratificante, es un lugar de esparcimiento, relajación y descanso. Todo en medio de la montaña, fuera del bullicio. Si alguna sugerencia les diría, que pongas sobres de cocoa en la habitación para los que no bebemos café, alguna especie de cortinas a las ventana que son de cristal porque la luz de afuera en la noche entra y molesta para dormir y cuando amanece. Y que la comida del restaurante tambien haya opciones para los que no somos veganos, porque sino hay que salir...

「The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little antiquated but fine. If it were modern, it’ll be excellent. Front desk: super helpful and nice. House keeping: everyone was good except for the one day. One cleaning attended didn’t do a good job and tried to make it seem us as a problem. We left the room and when we come back the the beds were kind of made and the room has a smell that wasn’t there before. Like they used a steam vacuum with old water. On top of that left now...
