"We had a fabulous week here. The teenage kids took the bottom floor and we had the top floor with the master bedroom. The layout was fantastic. Loved that it had so many bathrooms. The decks, the pool, the views were what made this house so fantastic. The beds were comfortable, lots of towels and linens provided. It had everything we needed and more. I 100% recommend this home. Craig is an amazing host."

"We really enjoyed this rinconcito of Puerto Rico! The property is beautiful, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. One opportunity for improvement would be the window and door coverings. The glass windows and doors provide plenty of natural light, but the two fabric curtain panels are not wide enough to fully cover them, which limits privacy—especially since some rooms face the pools, outdoor seating areas, and walkways. The pools could also benefit from more frequent maintenance. Keeping them in top condition would make the overall guest experience even more enjoyable and allow visitors to fully appreciate this beautiful opportunity for improvement would be the window and door coverings. "Clean room. Well stocked. The chores before leaving were not exorbitant. The hanging beds were a fun experience. We loved the location and easily visited 4 different beaches. It was relatively quiet and not hectic at all. The parking was easily accessible, and the free beach chairs were perfect. We enjoyed every second."

"Unfortunately this apartment does not have a generator and the apartment did not have electricity due to a heavy storm, HOWEVER, the host was Amazing and relocated to another beautiful apartment that was FABULOUS!!! I really appreciated that she had another place. The first apartment that's listed here was unbelievably beautiful and it would have been perfect with parking but the second place was even better with a privacy gate, pool, barbecue, and parking. Thank you so much Jennifer for a great stay!!!"

"The location was excellent. While not really walking distance to the beach for most (it would be ok if it weren’t for the uphill on the way back…and there isn’t a sidewalk…), we were surprised by how quickly we drove to Steps beach (2 mins) for the best snorkeling. The Beach House restaurant is less than a 60 second drive and the food, service, atmosphere and views were excellent on all counts )mahi mahi ponchos!). An amazing place to catch the sunset. The property was perfect for what we needed for a 2 night stay (thank you for providing the coffee supplies). The view from the deck was excellent and it is very private. However, your neighbors are right there on the other side of the fence so you can both hear everything said. They were respectful and also vacated their deck by 10pm and the next night they didn’t use their deck at all. The only complaint if you call it that is that there’s only one hammock and there’s no other comfy loungers! Helps to be a cooperative couple - “fighting” over a hammock is a good problem to have! Enjoy! FYI, we backed into the parking space since it’s on a blind corner and the key lock can be a fiddle to get the key into the slot - just needs some patience. We didn’t bother with the pin pad lock, since we just stayed two days, but that’s probably the easiest. Finally, you never know with these things, but the bath tub is as excellent as it looks."
