"The property is at a nice location, there's restaurants within walking distance and lots of parking. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Our room had several little things that needed fixing missing tiles in the shower, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the left balcony sliding door wouldn't lock and the closet doors would come of the rail every time we opened it to access the little fridge. Maintenance needs to be better. Overall though we rented four rooms and the experience was nice and we had fun so we've definitely stay here again. The bar is closed on account of personnel shortages but they do have a restaurants on site that sells drinks."

"Big balconies with sea views and you can hear the waves in bed. Could use a gym and some beach umbrellas but otherwise a great hotel, right on the beach, walkable to town to other beach front restaurants. Beach was clean. Rooms were big. Recommend"

"The host was welcoming and check in and out was very easy. They temperature control on one of the showers was broken which was cumbersome to deal with but all other aspects of the apartment were in good condition, clean, and comfortable. A good location close to the beach and easy to get to other areas of Rincon. "

"We had a great time. The house was nice. We had everything we wanted and needed. The bed was comfortable and the a/c kept us cool at night. Lots of places to eat and plenty of beaches and excursions to keep us busy. We also took time to just relax at the house on the porch swing or walk along the beach and watch the surfers. The house is well situated, right in the water. You could hear the ocean all day and night. Step right out the back yard onto the beach and walk a short distance to several local restaurants. The goat lives on the upper floors and is very quick to respond to anything you need. I would highly recommend this location! "

"We’ve rented several homes over the years in various locations and this one beats them all. The functionality of the home/yard/beach was unbeatable. We had a large party with several kids and everyone agreed that it was the best set up we’ve ever had. The air conditioning worked superb, the patio area with pool was always in use and the view was amazing. We all agreed that we really didn’t need to leave the property. Walking along the beach right outside the house was outstanding. Loved that it had some shade. Although it’s not conducive for swimming it was only a short drive to beautiful swimming beaches. Erica and Ryan addressed our questions within minutes and were so pleasant. Definitely will return!!"
