Casa Kristina at Pools & Sandy Beach

  • Casa Kristina has been fully renovated for the 2022 season! Located in beautiful Puntas, directly between two of Rincon's most iconic beaches, Pools Beach and Sandy Beach, Casa Kristina offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. The home is set up as two separate units (connected by stairs on the exterior only) offering privacy within the property for your large group (10 max).

    The first floor is a one bedroom suite with a barn style door to separate areas and convert to a 2 bedroom (both with separate access from the outdoor patio). There is a king size bed in the main area and 2 full size futons in the lounge room/2nd bedroom. The first floor full kitchen also has it's own access along with an additional living area.

    The second floor is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a full kitchen, spacious living area and large outdoor porch with a stunning ocean view. Master bedroom-1 king size bed, Bedroom 2-2 full size beds, Bedroom 3-1 queen size bed

    Great decor, intelligent layout and convenient location make Casa Kristina the perfect home away from home. Stay in and fix a home cooked meal in either of the two fully equipped kitchens or take advantage of the local bars/restaurants all within walking distance. Take your pick between two gorgeous beaches; Pools beach, great for snorkeling, surfing, and lounging, is just a 20 second walk to the South while Sandy Beach with excellent swimming, miles of explorable pristine sand, and beach-front bars is just a 20 second walk to the North. Take a dip in the private pool and fade away to the soothing waterfall sounds. Situated in a small, 'tucked away' neighborhood this home offers enough privacy with great local hot spots still within reach.

Rincon at Casa Kristina

We had an amazing time at Casa Kristina. The view from the deck is stellar!!!!!! Most amazing sunsets. The house was amazing with a nice pool to take a dip in after the beach which is a 2 minute walk from Casa Kristina. The property managers were super attentive and made the process seamless!

Our Happy Place

Our second stay at Casa Kristina didn't disappoint. We are already talking about our return! The location is ideal with two beaches a few minutes walk. Sandy Beach is ideal for tanning, boogie boarding and surfing while Pools Beach is great for snorkeling and sunsets. Several bars and restaurants are a short drive away. The house easily accommodates our two families with plenty of space to be together or alone. AC units ensure we were sleeping comfortably and kitchens had basic tools to allow us to make a few meals. We enjoyed the outdoor shower when returning from the beach and got plenty of pool time as well. Washer and dryer onsite are a plus. Ryan & Erica are very responsive to any questions and ensure you have what you need. It should be noted that there are a few beach chairs and umbrellas which got a lot of use! We can't wait until our return as Rincon has our heart!

Beautiful house in Rincon

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Kristina. Loved the view from the upstairs deck. Sandy beach is just steps away and a very nice beach. Nice snorkeling at Steps beach. Ryan and Erica were very helpful.

Property was nice and a good stay. Check in and out was very easy! Property was great. There is a downstairs and upstairs but they do not connect on interior. Beach was close and overall Eincon was a fun place. Would stay here again..

We had such a great time. The house and pool were perfect for the kids( and adults). There was plenty of area for everyone to have their own space if needed. We enjoyed eating and hanging out near the pool. The house was super close to a couple beaches and it was easy to get to town. We can’t wait to go back!

Awesome time at Casa Kristina

My group of 5 friends really enjoyed our time at Casa Kristina. The property is at a great location with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. The house itself is very spacious and we really enjoyed the pool very much. The hosts Ryan and Erica were awesome with communication. We definitely recommend this property and would visit again!

Thank you for providing an amazing home! The view and location is fantastic being just steps from the beaches including awesome sunsets. House was clean and the the AC units kept the house nice and cool. The area itself is quite unique in a great way…walking distance to gift shops, restaurants and bars, or a short drive down into the city for more options. Highly recommend Casa Kristina!

Amazing Location

The outdoor space at this house is amazing. Spent a ton of time at the pool and sitting on the veranda on the second floor watching the waves. Loved having the beach, coffee shop, bagel shop and several restaurants within steps. The hosts are very responsive and helpful with suggestions during the stay. Would 100% return to this house.

This home was perfect. This was our 3rd trip to Rincon, so we were familiar with the area, however you never know until you get there how accurate the listing is. It was exactly as described. You can not beat the location for the price - easy walk to 2 beaches with an ocean view right out front. Also, easy to walk to several restaurants and shops. We will be back.

Classic Rincon Beach Home

Perfect location next to the beach with sweeping views of the ocean. Very well appointed property lacking nothing. Making Memories

As we pulled up to the house it was way more than we expected! We came with children of all ages and they all immediately jumped in the pool and began exploring the beaches. Casa Kristina has moda e for everyone and the town is a delight. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for sure! I will definitely be back!

Fabulous property and location

Two families with 9 people including 3 teens - property was perfect. Space to congregate or retreat if you needed some space. Kitchens and grill were used but also lots of local meals. Sitting on upper balcony looking at the waves was peaceful. We saw whales and sunsets at Pools Beach, played in waves on Sandy Beach, surfed at Domes Beach and snorkeled at Steps Beach. Location was perfect for our group. Already thinking about our next visit.

Good house for multiple people, although several of us had no hot water for the shower if one or two people went beforehand. Good thing it was warm outside! Other than that, it was fine.

Our family (two adults, two children under 4) along with a similar family stayed at Casa Kristina in February. The house was perfect for us. Very close to lots of cool stuff in Sandy Beach (Big Kahuna, Tamboo, Pool Bar, Casa Islena...) and not to mention Sandy Beach and Pools Beach too. You can still hear Tamboo bumping at night, but its not enough to keep you awake. The view from the upstairs balcony is perfect, pool and patio areas were clean and he AC in the bedrooms kept the house very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Amazing location!

We were a group of 11 girls and slept comfortably at Casa Kristina with only a few guests having to share beds. We visited Rincon on spring break without a car and had no trouble. Casa Kristina was in walking distance to bars and restaurants and cabs were very affordable and easy to contact if we had to go into town. We were thrilled to have two beaches nearly 500 ft. away from us in either direction- great snorkeling, surfing, sunbathing. The view of the ocean from the house was amazing to wake up to every morning. The neighbors and all of the locals in Rincon were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Friends and Babies

This house is the perfect location for what we wanted. Walking distance to the essentials and a short drive to everything else Rincon has available. Our group was seven adults (three couples and a family member) and each couple with an infant under 1yr. We fit perfectly in this house. The pool area is perfect for days/times you don’t feel like sitting on the beach as it’s nice a shaded. Kitchens and baths appeared to be recently renovated and were very nice although actual stone kitchen counter tops would have been a better/more durable option. Maybe the current epoxy counters are temporary while they wait for stone to arrive. Overall, seamless process and really awesome place to stay.
