「The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. 「My family and I had a great time! From start to finish, the place was super clean, we were received with fresh coconut water and baby sea turtles to be released. The host Mr. Raul and his wife were so nice anything we needed or questions we had of places to go visit or restaurants to go eat they had great suggestions. My favorite was the private beach to walk or swim, the tide is strong so you gotta be careful but overall was great. The pool was small but perfect for us after the beach to sit...
