"Everything stood out for me: All staff were incredibly happy and helpful. The property is a boutique hotel located on Playa Hermosa beach (perfect waves for kids without getting thrashed around). The rooms are meticulously kept, the pool is surrounded by lush tropical greenery with a troop of howler monkeys that call it home. This property is also perfect for those who require a levelled hotel with no inclines. It took 10 seconds to the pool, 10 seconds to reception & restaurant, and 10 seconds to the beach. This property is best for those looking to unwind and relax, even with kids. There is no swim up bar so it’s not suited for parties. The staff were happy to deliver food and drinks no matter where we were located. An absolute gem! "

"The stay that my partner & I had was phenomenal! This resort is extremely clean, with a ton of food/ drink options to choose from. There are a lot of fun activities that happen throughout the day to keep you busy. We were more than pleased with our stay, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. "Yes, very clean they organized and cleaned our room multiple times a day. They could’ve had more restaurants open. Some music down at the pool would’ve been nice. Apparently we went during their lowest season and it was only about 5 to 10% occupied so it was pretty quiet. There was a minor construction that disrupted our afternoon one day with some very loud pressure washers. It’d be nice if they had a club with music and dance floor . but they did upgrade us when we got there to a better room with an ocean view. I was very appreciated of that."
