「L’accueil lors de notre arrivée était très chaleureux et agréable. Nous avons même eu une attention particulière avec une bouteille de cava offerte et mise en chambre lors de notre venue sûrement car nous étions en suite mais le geste reste très appréciable☺️ Cet hôtel est très confortable y compris au niveau des installations (spa, piscine, restaurant..) et les chambres propres. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour à Gandia Playa.」

「L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la mer et ma chambre donnait vue sur la mer. Le personnel a été très agréable. Les deux petits points d'attention est que pour le prix de la chambre je m'attendais à du plus haut standing (matériel parfois vieillissant) et surtout le matin où j'ai du partir la réceptionniste de la veille m'avait réservé soi-disant un taxi et le matin son collègue me dit que ce n'était pas possible de réserver donc j'ai eu un coup de panique de rater mon train (et mon avion)...

「Le ménage pourrait être un peu plus poussé dans les chambres. Quelques réparations à faire : une vitre cassée, tuyau de la douche cassé, applique murale à refixer... Des petits détails qui n'ont pas posé de gros problème. Le prix est de la chambre familiale est tout a fait correct et le personnel agréable. 」

「This is a quirky adult only hotel. The building is dated and the rooms were pretty small. No refrigerators in the rooms, which was a challenge for me as I have medication that needs to be kept cold. I had to request ice from the bar twice a day, but they did accommodate my requests. We paid for two meals a day to be included with our reservation and the food was very good, though you have to pay extra for most beverages. The pool area was clean and aesthetically pleasing.
