Traveled here in April 2026 and it was sooooo nice. The upkeep on the property is amazing, my husband and I had a great time, good music, staff was beyond amazing, everything was close by, beaches were kept clean and the pool, the food was amazing, I will definitely go back here again!

Hotel Riu Playacar - All Inclusive
The staff was great and the food was good. The restaurants don’t open in the evening as early as we would have liked. The hotel has no elevators so carrying your luggage up the stairs is not fun. Sandos Playacar All Inclusive
Property is old and inside the rooms is not well care switches wifi shower are in rough shape, activities need to be more focused on the mexican traditions more cultural music Corridos mariachis and all that type of shows to entertain the guest. Staff is very attentive and cooperative

Hotel Riu Palace Mexico - All Inclusive
Food is the best. Specually on Thursday night. Pools are rather small but work well. Property is a little outdated but very clean. The coffee shop serves great coffee included. Your staff are friendly.

Palmaïa-The House of AïA: All Inclusive Wellness Resort
This is a phenomenal wellness retreat resort. It’s a top notch facility with fantastic food, wonderful staff, excellent wellness activities (yoga, breathing exercises, workshops etc). It’s unbelievably clean. Really a strong 10/10
