Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive
Rooms, restaurants, amenities all were excellent. Only thing that we were not happy about was the time spent on checkin at new phase lobby. Not sure whether it was just bad timing, cause every other time we managed all we needed very quickly.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen Adults Only All Inclusive
Everything was as expected for the most part. The pool heater must not have been working as it was very cold (even on hot temperature days). The reservations for restaurants seemed to always be very limited as well. (only one or two times at most available).
