  • A beautiful and comfortable apartment located on Av. 30, ideal for couples, families, business travelers, and digital nomads looking for comfort and an excellent location in Playa del Carmen.

    Completely renovated and surrounded by local shops, cafes, and amenities, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the famous 5th Avenue. Here you can enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of the city, combining tranquility, connectivity, and easy access to the main attractions.

    The location is perfect for getting around on foot and experiencing the local atmosphere without sacrificing comfort.

    Important information:
    On Sundays, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., a traditional market (tianguis) is set up on Calle 54, from Av. 30 to Av. 10. It’s an excellent opportunity to discover local products and experience the area’s typical atmosphere.
    If you’re renting a car, we recommend parking it on Calle 52 starting Saturday night to avoid any inconvenience during market hours.
