Suite in Playa del Carmen only 700 meters from the ocean

Suite Zen is located in a building with 7 small, cozy suites, which were designed specifically for business travelers and vacationers looking to rest and relax while interacting with the local community, with shopping areas to meet basic needs (convenience stores and restaurants) and just a few meters from the world-famous Fifth Avenue.

Suite Zen features a shared rooftop where you can sunbathe, relax, and enjoy a small pool.

Guests will receive hotel-style housekeeping every third day for stays of 3 nights or more. (Does not apply on Mexican holidays or Sundays)

You’ll have complete independence to manage your own time, and we’ll be available via email to address any questions or needs.

Long-term stays at the preferential rate do not include electricity.

Bicycles are not permitted.

Please do not flush anything down the toilet, including toilet paper; the drainage system in Mexico is not designed to handle paper waste or personal hygiene products. Use the trash can in the bathroom. If you wish to empty your trash can daily, bags will be available for you to place in the trash bin whenever needed. We’ll leave them under the kitchen sink.

Please remember that this house is not suitable for parties that cause noise, complaints from neighbors, or damage to the property. In the event of complaints, we will cancel your reservation without offering a refund.
