This unique apartment is made with you in mind! features a ground floor apt with 2 bedrooms 1 bath a day bed in living-room that sleep 2 extra guest with a custom kitchen that will make you want to prepare your special dishes!! we have made sure that your stay is the best that it could be with Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, nice and fluffy pillows!! we have included board-games for you to enjoy whit family &friends after a long day at the riviera,we have provided beach towels, coolers and some beach games and gear for you!!(snorkels) there is WI-FI and satellite TV for your convenience! the apartment has ceiling fans in every room as well has AC in the bedroom and main living area, so that the apartment is always a place you want to returned!
we are located in the new complex called SELVANOVA COTO CINCO
this apartment complex includes 24hr security, 1 assigned parking space, BBQ areas and a great pool within steps from the apartment.
It is about 35/40min walk to the beach and 10min drive.
We have pick this area for several reasons specially for all those people like us that want to enjoy all that the riviera Maya has to offer: the beautiful nature around us, the great Mayan ruins, the breath taking cenotes and I cant even explain the Caribbean waters! and all the amazing recreational parks around us!!
We are centrally located from all that Playa Del Carmen has to offer great shopping experience at the 5ta Avenida,
All trips to Tulum, Cancun, the International Airport and all the recreational parks like Xcaret, Xplore, Xel-Ha, Xoximilco are within a 10 to 40 minutes drive.
The great Chichen-Itza is at a merely 1:30 hours drive.
