Las instalaciones y las amenidades son excelentes y su relación calidad y precio cumple con las espectativas. Solo a dos calles de la quinta avenida, en una zona segura. La estancia es muy confortable. Deinitivamente un lugar muy recomendable.

Good price but place needs work.

The Internet was out when we arrived. The Cable TV went out the next morning. It took two days for the person to get back to us about the issue and fix the Internet. The TV service never came back. The construction noise was almost unbearable from 8 am to 6 pm. The condo smelt like mold when we walked in, none of the mirrors were clean, the water jug was empty, there were no trash bags, the hall bathroom was unusable because the light was non-functional, the second bedroom shower head was busted. The location is great and the condo could be pretty nice but it needs some work.

Playa Del Carmen Sabbia Condos

Everything from check in to check out and all in between was more than I could've hoped for! Location was close to the main shopping area and about 20 minute walk/ 8 minute taxi in either direction got us to either plaza for excursion pick up. place was very nice, comfortable, and very clean.

The owner replies quickly and the local property manager is nice and speaks good English. But the room has mosquitoes and my family got some bits during 3 nights.

Departamento austero y con problemas

No fue la mejor experiencia, quedaron de entregarnos el departamento a las 3 PM y no fue así, no tenían la llave y había un problema con el boiler, por lo que perdimos varias horas debido a esto, además me llamo la dueña diciendo que éramos mas personas de las que reportamos y que si así fuera habría problemas, después se aclaro pero pasamos un mal momento. El departamento esta muy austero y descuidado, le faltaban cosa esenciales como: vasos, licuadora, las cuales nos llevaron al día siguiente y, aunque si tiene, no pudimos usar lavadora de ropa, pues la tienen cerrada con llave en un cuarto. el día 31 por la tarde se fue la luz y tuvieron que traer una persona para arreglarlo, lo cual agradecimos, pero se perdieron 3 horas esperando. no volvería a rentar ese departamento.

Sabbia for Christmas

This condo is in a beautiful complex, is very well-managed and is in a perfect location to enjoy the best of Playa Del Carmen. Upon arrival, we brought some concerns to the rental manager and the owner and all items were rectified. We have just returned from a comfortable three-week stay in this lovely two-bedroom condo. We felt safe and quite at home at Sabbia!

Excelente departamento, esta vez es la segunda vez que voy a playa del Carmen y me quedo en un condominio, este Condominio Sabbia es un paraíso interiormente con los jardines, la alberca y las amenidades, lo peor es que esta un poco lejos de la vida nocturna, ya que donde están los ferrys para Cozumel esta bastante lejos, y un taxi para que te lleven el hotel va entre 50 a 60 pesos. Hay mejores hoteles con desayuno incluido sobre la 5ta Avenida y mejores.

Comfortable, Clean and Close to Beach

The condo is good enough if you are planning a busy vacation and not intending to stay in much. It is very practical in terms of location and proximity to the beach. Air conditioning works great, showers had good water pressure and were clean and the beds were comfortable and fitted with clean linens. Bath towels and pool towels were provided as well. If you are looking for a more luxurious spot to lounge around and stay in for meals...not so much. The kitchen is basic but it has everything you may need to fix a snack or a quick lunch and open a beer or wine bottle. The couch is very practical in the sense that it is also a pull out bed, but it is not very comfortable to lounge in. Also there is only one TV in the living room and there was no cable service while we were there. That was no problem at all for us because we were out and about from morning till night.

Great Place.

This is a clean, quiet, spacious and beautiful place to stay. It is a couple of blocks from the North end of 5th Ave. I worried about the night time party noise, but it was extremely quiet. There is a great little restaurant next door. The pool is real nice. The staff were always nice and pleasant. The owner let us stay there for two extra hours on the day we needed to check out, which was very nice and convenient for us. We had 2 1/2 baths which came in convenient for three women. We had wifi and had no problem with it. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Modern Luxury within a 5 minute walk to it all!

After a recent stay here over the March Break 2015, I have to say that the Sabbia Unit D-302 was more than we could have imagined! The unit was extremely well appointed and large in size. The unit and facilities were very modern and exceeded expectations. A big WOW to the swimming pool! Dealing with the property manager and owner was a pleasure and they were extremely accommodating to last minute requests. It was truly a pleasure - we look forward to our next stay!
