Perfect place to call home for 6 days! Felt very safe and quiet (except for nearby construction which was of no fault of the host!) and was convenient to walk anywhere. Loved the little private pool for our rest days in between nearby excursions. Would stay here again!

L’hôte était très accueillant et toutes les instructions et suggestions ont été d’une grande utilité. La localisation est excellente car plusieurs commerces à proximité. La Quinta Avenida et la plage sont à quelques minutes de marche. La terrasse est splendide, confortable et discrète. Il n’y a que la cuisinette qui aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. Autrement, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

We truly enjoyed the outside area, convenient to shopping, beach and cenotes. We had a chance to meet so many locals and try delicious dishes. Victor was such a gracious host and we really appreciated all the little extras. This was our one year anniversary and it was absolutely fantastic!!

This condo is a fantastic little spot, and Victor, who lives on-site, is very helpful. Although the condo is small, it is well-equipped with everything you might need. The air conditioning works wonderfully, and we only needed it in the bedroom. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for your beach days are also provided, and the beach is just a 10-minute stroll away. The patio is spacious, and the private plunge pool is a cooling addition. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio, lunch at the beach, and dined out every night, so we didn't do any cooking, but there is a BBQ and a stove available in the condo. A grocery store is only a 5-minute walk away, and 5th Avenue, where all the shops and restaurants are located, is about 10 minutes away. The condo is situated in a gated community, and the security staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here. While it may not be a top-tier 5-star resort condo with all the luxurious amenities, it is clean, quiet, comfortable, and we had a truly wonderful time. We will definitely return, thank you, Victor

Enjoyed our stay. Small but plenty of room, comfortable bed, good space. The outdoor space was appreciated and used everyday. A plunge pool is a must down here and we utilized this everyday. Location was good and close to everything we needed. Host, Victor was great. We would stay again.

Very nice place, love the location. everything is walkable. AC is amazing, the little pool is divine,amenities were great and very attentive host.Community felt safe and inviting plus the unit overlooks a wonderful community botanical sanctuary. I would recommend this to anyone!

Great place in Playa del Carmen

First off Victor is a great host and super responsive! The apartment is a perfect size, well equipped and the outdoor space is amazing. We walked everywhere and felt very secure in this neighborhood. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great Spot

Spent a few days exploring the area. This spot had a great outdoor area to relax. Walking distance to the shops and beach. Nice place and Victor was great 9 deal with.

Awesome little retreat!

Perfect Apartment and Location

L'endroit est charmant, l'hôte, Victor, prend le soin de nous demander si tout est correct et est disponible au besoin. Nous nous y sentions comme à la maison, avec la terrasse et la piscine juste pour nous, c'est un vrai paradis. L'appartement est suffisamment grand et dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin.

Loved our 4 night stay here! Victor, the host, was very accommodating and let us check in a bit early and out a bit late. We really appreciated not having to carry our luggage around due to our odd flight times! The rooftop private pool was a perfect oasis to just relax. Inside is a bit outdated, but it had everything we needed and was fantastic rental. Would stay there again.

Quiet Paradise

Overall the listing is spot on, quiet gated community. Small plunge pool that was nice to sun tan by and dip into to cool off. Victor is very responsive and helpful with all our requests. Tons of space to lounge, everything you need to live for however long you want to stay. Few blocks from the beach and the famous 5th Ave. Tons of restaurants, stores and amenities close by. Highly recommend a stay here.

Awesome location + Amazing Host!!

For the value you could not ask for a better location! The ease of check in/out was very much appreciated and the host was easy to communicate with. 15min walk to the beach convenience stores and restaurants right around the corner, gated community with friendly guards and great air conditioning. Thought the pictures of this property are dated, this property still satisfied our needs.
