Only 7 minutes walking from the turquoise Caribbean waters and 5 from the vibrant 5th Avenue, where all the restaurants, bars, cafés and shops can be found. This apartment has a spacious bedroom with air conditioning that overlooks the private swimming pool, one complete bathroom, equipped kitchen and a wonderful terrace with grill and space to sun tan, dine or relax in the pool. It is ideal for a couple who is looking to rest and relax without being away from the lively center of Playa. All services and activities of interest are close by.
