Welcome to Playa del Carmen, a beautiful coastal city in southern Mexico. Spend your days on the water by participating in fun rentals and excursions like surfing, snorkeling, paddleboarding, deep-sea fishing, and every other waterfront activity imaginable. Or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar). In the evening, stroll through the markets and shops to experience local cuisine, art, and entertainment. When you want to stay closer to home, take a plunge in the rooftop pool, looking out over the ocean in a panoramic view.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, watching your favorite shows on the large TV, dining at the quaint meal table, and cooking up a storm in the kitchenette. Everything you need to make a great meal is here, equipped with a refrigerator, oven range, and microwave. To watch spectacular sunsets, sit out on the private balcony with your favorite drink.

There is ongoing construction adjacent to this building; noise may be heard during your stay; work hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Winter Vacation

The unit is on the 4th floor of a 7 floor building. Lovely semi private balcony with street views and great ocean views from the rooftop. The kitchen has the basic necessities for meals in. Air conditioning is a nice bonus! Location is great if you want to be near all the sights and sounds of La Quinta Avenida.
