「A lot of things went wrong for this booking. The owner kept us aware that we should not say we rented a unit through a website and that we would not be able to go through the main lobby to enter but rather was snuck through the back exit doorway. When we got there it wasn’t even the unit we reserved. Instead of a 2 bedroom unit that was posted we were given a studio unit. They also refused to at least give us some receipt for the deposit and expected us to rely on their word that they would...
