「Sad to say but the property was totally neglected. The toilet is dirty and the shower pipe and towel rack are broken. The ac has very dirty filter that’s why it can’t cool the room. The pull out bed can’t be pull as there was no space to pull out the bed. Smelly closet/wardrobe and overall very disappointing 」

「We were very pleased with this little place. It is in a nice, gated community. It was very clean, well decorated, and had an in-toilet bidet. There is also a sari-sari store on the property which is nice if you need to buy something and you don't want to go out. Rose was a great host and very accommodating. We highly recommend this place.」

「Very accessible to Sm North Mall (walkable), Trinoma and other attractions. Theres a 24 hr convenience store nearby. The condo is equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge, thermos, iron, ironing board, tv and fast wifi, has hot water in the shower and ac in the room is cold. Host is very responsive and helpful. Very safe- there are security guards on each gate and entrance of the building. Pass is needed upon check in. There are 4 elevators in the building but sometimes not all are in...
