「When we arrived our place wasn’t ready. There was a mix-up with dates. When we contacted the property manager he was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and we were compensated for the inconvenience. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Location is close to most things we wanted to do in Venice area. Within a half hour of most beaches, close to shopping areas and main highway. Quiet neighborhood. 「Great place to stay. Check-in process very easy and host was easy to communicate with. Beach was awesome… lots of shark teeth, husband caught fish, saw dolphins and manatees, even an Iguana. Will definitely be back.」

「Great location. Nice place to stay for a getaway. The beach house has everything you need. Plenty of parking, and easy entry. I booked this place last minute, for five nights, and got a quick response from Janet the property manager. She was fantastic, and answered every question I had with ease. 「I was disappointed in the condo. I was shown a picture of it being on the water. My view was the parking lot and pool. The condo was a time warp,of the late 70's .It was cleanish but definitely needed updates,or gutting.」
