staff are very friendly and nice but the prices are way to high. the bar food is basic and poor quality and very expensive. the restaurant food is good quality but is limited it is a one time deal. it is a gastro menu but it doesn't change. staff very good in the restaurant and bar. Spa is basic but nice, staff very kind and friendly but i expect things like the steam room to be included . not to have to pay to use it. overall great staff but needs to do more to be a top hotel

Fun marketplace, but very rude vendor there...he said to me when I asked about his lavender sachet's - NO MORE TOURISTS! I AM DONE FOR THE DAY! ALL YOU DO IS TOUCH AND NOT BUY! Lol, what a way to make a sale...
