「Renseignements très insuffisants. lors de la réservation par internet Surprise! :Piscine fermée! tout est en options en supplément:Tv, wifi, draps, Serviette de Toilette, pas de nécessaire de vaisselle. Rien! Un sacré billet en plus. Tout cela certainement à cause d'un mauvais echange entre l'établissement et Abritel. A notre arrivé , on nous a demander de vérifier si le logement correspondait à la location, et d'avertir si observations.. Ce que nous avons fait.. Mais aucune intervention sur...

"部屋は広く快適でした。プールは使いませんでしたが一緒に行った人によれば良かったそうです。スタッフの対応も大変良かったです。深夜０時少し過ぎにチェックインしましたが問題なくほっとしました。朝、部屋からサンビクトワール山が遠望できたのにびっくりしました。"

"エクス・アン・プロバンスの旧市街にあり、観光には最適、また設備も充実していて快適なホテルでした。スパも併設されていて、グレードの高さを感じました。次もぜひ泊まりたいホテル。レンタカーでホテルに行くのに、ナビを使っても迷ってしまった。旧市街は道が凄く狭く、一方通行や通行止め、曲がりくねっていて運転は難しい。"

"受付の対応があまりよく無かったです。滞在期間中（3泊）にタオル交換は1回のみ、とCheck Inの際に言われましたが、他の担当に交換は無しと言われました。またトイレットペーパーの補充も無く、その都度受付にお願いに行くという不便さもありました。キッチンは食器は整ってましたが、食器洗剤などが無く、使い勝手が悪かったです。水回りの清掃が完全でなく、汚れがありました。 Locationは最高でした。近所にスーパーマーケットもあり、便利でした。"

"I did not notice that I was charged for breakfast without my consent. It is my fault not to notice this when they issued my receipt. However, the fundamental cause of this was charging me what I did not use by default. I should have been more careful. I don’t know if this happened on purpose or not, yet they should not do this anyway. For the rest of my experience was good."
