The hotel is located in a,slightly industrial area, however do not let this put you off as there are bars and restaurants around and in the hotel which are really good. The room service was excellent for the duration of my stay and John's service in the hotel bar was 10/10. He was really knowledgeable and friendly and his drinks were really good. All in all if i was returning to the south of France in would definitely use this hotel again.

De moins en moins bien

Plusieurs fois que je séjourne au Nelio. Les tarifs ont fortement augmenté et pas les prestations. J ai séjourné dans une chambre avec de fortes odeurs d égout. Lorsque je l ai signalé à la réception on m a juste dit ok je le signalerai sans même dire… désolé.

Un choix pratique pour un RDV dans la zone industrielle d'Aix. Entre gare TGV & aux centre. Moderne. bien tenu. Rien a redire si ce n'est un avis bizarre reçu avant l'arrivée.

The Hoyel Le Nelson itself is a very nice, modern hotel and the room is very comfortable. The shower facilities are good but the bathroom door design is strange. The sliding door does not completely close, instead leaving a gap that results in magnification of any sounds emerging from the bathroom. The breakfast is a little on the pricey side but since there are no other options it is a good idea to opt for breakfast included. The bed itself is very comfortable and the concrete room construction provides a nearly perfect quiet environment for sleep.

Situé sur la zone Les Milles

Disposition très surprenante de la salle d'eau ouverte sur la chambre. Ne permet pas d'intimité. Chambre avec balcon avec 1 petite table et 2 chaises. Un transat aurait été apprécié. Petit dejeuner très copieux. Petit couac à l'enregistrement : le petit dej compris dans le prix réservé n'apparaissait pas pour le réceptionniste. J'ai dû les payer et faire 2 reclamations pour obtenir remboursement.

stannade bara till för att sova en natt innan vi skulle köra vidare. Helt ok för det. Frukosten var ok men inte mer. Sängarna helt ok.
