「Beautiful place to stay, with amazing views of Smoky Mountains and all the comfort you need for family of four. The owners are super friendly and provided all the information and amenities to make check in and stay very comfortable. The condo is clean and very spacious with great views from every room. Most special time was watching the sunrise from the living room. We would love to come again in the summer and stay at this wonderful place. 」

「This being only our second time to be in Gatlinburg, we were not sure what to expect. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The view was great and we had a chance to see a beautiful big black bear down below our balcony which was exciting to see. Our visit to Gatlinburg could not have been any better.」

「Location perfect and safe, However, really worn, dusty and outdated Sliding door did not lock and bannister on balcony loose. Hot water ran out before 1/2 before jets. Host texted multiple times before and during even though was aware it was a birthday trip. Also sent a text during birthday dinner offering a side deal to stay longer or checkout 2 hours later and we could leave 20 on the counter. Could hear pipes, etc. all night even though not many residents. Would recommended if just looking...

「Stayed 3 nights with my family visiting Dollywood check in was excellent master bathroom didn’t have much water pressure. Room was clean and had plenty of room. Outside and the building could use some updating otherwise great place!」

「Our host was very welcoming, helpful, and highly responsive. There were a few hiccups, but she addressed them quickly! The condo was very clean and just right for our family. Plenty of room. We didn’t see one bear on our trip although we really wanted to lol. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The drive up the mountain is windy, but you get used to it after the initial drive. Beautiful view and a great place to stay overall! 」

「We loved the view and the balcony so much and all the ubers/lyfts who helped us get up and down the mountain all weekend were so amazing and welcoming! It was so quiet and clean! The balcony screen door was broken which isn’t a big deal at all, there wasn’t a bottle opener and it did smell a lot like smoke but also didn’t matter in the long run! Such an amazing stay and we plan to make this an annual trip so thank you for being the first! 」

「Convenient to town. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shopping, especially to Anakeesta. Great, clean space inside. Loved the pool with the view, a perfect place for relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. We had a great stay!」
