「Staff are always friendly and ready to go the extra mile to help. Hotel is welcoming with large carpark. Room had very good shower and comfortable beds and plenty of choice of tea, coffee, water etc. As usual, a very pleasant stay, though only for one night this time 」

「We had a warm welcome on the evening of our arrival and shown to a ground floor room accessible for my mum who has mobility problems and no sight - just as I had requested. It was clean, comfortable and perfectly suited to her needs. The wet room and shower chair was particularly helpful. 「It is the second time in a couple of weeks that I stayed here. Checking in and out simple and fast. Staff very friendly. I stayed in two different rooms and both were clean and comfortable. Tv and Wi Fi reception also very good. I would go back againg.」

「Lovely quirky old hotel but bathroom layout poor, could do with removing bath and putting a shower only, it would be much safer.
