「No AC, so property was hot all daylight hours. Neighbor has a very large, very loud dog that barks if you dare to enjoy the back patio. Same neighbor is extremely rude.」

「The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set.」

「Hidden gem on the Central Coast. Where lodging is always difficult and very overpriced for the quality. I was skeptical because every VRBO I’ve stayed at always has some type of issue; i.e. AC/Heater/water pressure/excessive street noise/lumpy beds etc….This location couldn’t have been more comfortable and perfect!!!! Host is amazing with little amenities that make you feel special…. My only regret was I didn’t get to spend more time enjoying it. It was an extremely busy business trip….Everytime...
