"Nous avons quelques déboires (chauffe eau en panne, le climatiseur d'une chambre en panne, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, ascenseur en panne, machine à café en panne) qui ont été résolu rapidement. Dans la cuisine de l'appartement il n'est pas possible de cuisiné il y a juste un micro onde, il y a très peu de vaisselle. La literie est bonne, et la terrasse est juste magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était bien, mais le café de la machine est vraiment mauvais, il faudrait changer de fournisseur."

"Dolphin Bay was excellent! The hosts are very welcoming and kind. We had delicious vegan and non-vegan breakfast every morning. We had to catch an early bus from Burgas when we left, and the host offered to give us a ride in the early AM. The location is great, a 3 min walk from the beach and 25 min walk unit the main part of town. The views are excellent and rooms are perfect for a relaxing stay!"

"The hotel is situated behind St Marina complex which is extremely big. Despite the size, we found a quiet pool to relax next to. The main pool was busy and noisy. The breakfast was adequate. The location is good - within walking distance of Sozopol Old Town."

"I would say it is a very family-friendly hotel. The animation team was excellent and did a great job entertaining the children. The only disappointment was that the hotel was advertised as offering a “full-service spa”, while in fact there was no operational sauna or any other steam room facilities. Only this aspect did not meet our expectations."
