"We had a great visit to this lovely cabin. Thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and function. A nearby creek was nice to listen to while sitting on the deck. Lots of towels provided along with hot water with good pressure. Comfortable beds.We never turned the TV on but there is a wide selection of movies on DVD's. John was excellent host. We never thought we were being "hawk-eyed". He let us enter the cabin just a wee bit early. And there were minimal instruction signs in the cabin which can be annoying. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook"

"There were 8 of us—4 adults, 3 kids, and a teenager on our weekend trip. This Mimi was looking for a private place with accommodations where we could spend quality time together without the hustle and bustle of activities outside the property—and this rental was the ideal spot for our 3-night stay! From the outstanding views to the hot tub to the private pool to numerous games, this getaway kept us active and having fun and relaxing in one place! The outside grill and patio are lovely, as well as the lower level of the house, the mattresses were comfortable, plenty of clean bathrooms stocked with towels, and the house was tastefully decorated, spacious, and neat! One thing I would caution about is that the step stool getting in and out of the hot tub was slippery on the wet wooden deck. Overall, we really appreciated the thoughtfulness the owners showed in equipping their place with necessities and activities for the entire family to make it a comfortable, clean, and inviting property."

"This is the 2nd time to stay here. It is remote on a creek with a screened in porch to listen to the running water. So peaceful! Yet, so well located. Close to Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway and area towns. Close to Biltmore, RiverArt Colony, Grove Arcade,etc. we will definitely return. It has become our go to retreat."

"We were pleasantly surprised by the view and location! This was our last leg of a 2 week trip that has kept us busy! We had a list of things we wanted to do but we decided to skip some of them and hang out at the house! We did visit downtown Asheville to enjoy some live music and dinner, we toured MT Airy(Mayberry), the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Biltmore House The deck both front and back are amazing. The back faces the east for the days sunrise sand the front faces the west for amazing sunsets. We are going to return soon. Loved everything about the Home and host! Louedith and Chris were very nice! We met some of the other neighbors in the area and they were all very friendly as were the Deer, Turkey ,Blue Birds and Humming birds!"

"The property was perfect! Fully stocked with everything you need. The resort amenities and tavern are top notch. The views from the house are amazing. Plenty of space for everyone with two master bedrooms. Loved the ability to do laundry after hikes and waterfalls. The s’mores were a hit with the kids. I would definitely return to this property again."
