SWIMMING POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING

 The pool is shared and located at the back of the building, offering a pleasant alternative to beach days, especially for families.

NEST37 is located in Calambrone, a seaside district of Pisa known for its wide sandy beaches, protected natural areas, and distinctive historic architecture. Originally developed in the early 1900s as part of the Calambrone Colonies complex, the area has been carefully redeveloped into a residential and touristic zone while preserving its unique character. Main building is former Colony Goffredo Nannini.

Today, Calambrone offers a balanced mix of Nature, beach life, restaurants, and easy access to Tuscany’s most renowned cultural destinations.
