「We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...

「No expresso machine, mice running through the house, scratching noises by our bedroom door, the pool and jacuzzi was ungodly, filthy, and so small, impossible to even imagine that it was written that it actually is a pool- smaller than a bathtub.」

「I would definitely go again. We were family with school age kids, kids enjoyed playing in a nice game room. The house was professionally kept clean, house decoration was superb and view was great. Good location, great house and host.」
