「Disappointing! Usually stay at Hiltons when away. Our preferred Hilton was full. Since I had never stayed at a Tru by Hilton, I decided to give them a try. First off, my wife discovered that the sink was leaking. I had to place the shade back in its track to block the light. The breakfast was also lacking and disappointing. Extremely disappointed in Hilton for having such a poor hotel. Will never stay at another Tru.」

「Parking was easy but a little cramped the hotel is currently undergoing renovation and you cannot see out of the windows this was not mentioned during booking or on there website the room was fine but could be a bit cleaner and there was no shampoo at all it was a completely empty bottle.
