「I got this place for my parents to stay at. It was clean, pictures were accurate, and host communicated quickly and effectively. However, lights were not working in the living room area and front porch. Host did offer to send an electrician, but this feels like something that should have been checked prior to guests arrival. My parents also noticed on their last day that the refrigerator was leaking and causing a wet spot on the corner of the rug. Finally, maybe this was just me, but the wording...

「The loft was fairly new & very cute. Great decor. Comfy, soft bed. Had to text & call owner for the check in information late in day, but she responded & all was OK. It was the 4th of July & someone blocked the parking entrance which was concerning, and lots of fireworks after 10pm. Those are outside of the owner' control, but think you should know in case you plan to stay around a holiday.」

「We felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood. Low income community. May be subsidized housing area. Looked truly run down. Garage dumpster in front of the establishment. Bed extremely hard. 1 small room. Another guest parked in our parking spot that corresponds with our rental space and detailed in our reservation. Therefore, WE were advised by the host to park else on their property.」

「Nice place and very quiet, my wife and I really enjoyed that aspect. It can be a challenge getting around the building and finding the unit. I think it took us a few days to get it down as to where to park and reduce our walk to the unit. It’s a very nice building with amenities like pools, pool table, and workout area (all on the 1st level). The sky view area is also nice. It has arcade games that you can play for free.
